Lisa M. Dietlin and Associates, Inc. (LMDA) served the University of Baltimore (UB) in a number of capacities. One of the most significant services LMDA provided UB is overseeing all aspects of the Development Office of UB including supervision of Development Staff by temporarily filling the Interim Vice President of UB Institutional Advancement position. LMDA worked to create a development strategy, participated in the interviewing process for various positions, provided the President of UB with key individual donor strategies and coaching sessions and participated in prospect/donor visits. Additionally, LMDA strategically counseled the University of Baltimore as they prepared for their capital campaign. LMDA provided oversight and guidance through a number of services. Some specific examples include: conducting a feasibility study; drafting a case for support; forming necessary campaign committees; creating a campaign timeline, budget and organizational chart. LMDA ensured all processes and systems were in place for a successful campaign.
